Junior Road Safety

Overton has two Junior Road Safety Officers who have received training as part of the Hampshire Transport Department’s commitment to road safety.

Overton is also committed to encouraging as many children and parents to walk to school.  We are actively involved in the WOW Walk to School Scheme and the children use the Travel Tracker to record their walking rates.  For those that live further away, we encourage Park and Stride; parking up and walking the last 5-10 minutes.  walktoschool.jpg
