We do welcome and value any volunteers that are willing to give up their time to support in school. This could be on an ad hoc basis, such as helping out on a school trip or on a more regular basis, such as coming into school regularly to help children with their learning or listen to children read.

As a Hampshire School, we are required to follow their guidance for safer recruitment of volunteers. We request that any parent/carer who volunteers in school or would like to start volunteering in school familiarises themselves with our Volunteers Policy (below).

Following its completion, we will follow up with references and arrange for a DBS check (as required) and then undertake an orientation session with a member of our Senior Leadership Team.
